This Notion for Academics Research & Notes Dashboard was created to help you store articles, book chapters, other research material, and notes for research projects, school assignments, and/or personal interest.
It includes fields for citation information, original & annotated article files, and notes & key highlights to help you remember what you are learning. It also includes a field for tags to help you start to make connections across the research you are reading over time using keywords.
This dashboard contains a Dashboard (overview page) that quickly displays recent research that you've collected and recent notes that you've taken. We set our filter up to display the most recent week of research collected and notes taken, but you can set it up for whatever time frame you'd like!
In order to set this up once you duplicate the template (Duplicate is"Notion-speak" for import the template into your Notion workspace), you'll need to create two linked database views to your Academic Research Database and your Notes & Ideas Database.
